The Candelabra Gallery, Pio Clementine Museum with its finest classical statues, the Tapestries Gallery, the famous Raphael Rooms with its frescoes created by Raphael which took 16 years before finished but he died before the masterpieces were terminated. The wonderful and unique Sistine Chapel with frescoes of Michelangelo including the Last Judgment, scenes from Genesis, Old Testament Scenes of Salvation, the Original Sin and much more, also the chapel that is used still today by Cardinals to elect a new Pope.
To finish off this magnificent 3 hours guided tour, your guide will take you to the most grand and famous St. Peter’s Basilica without lined up the long lines. The Basilica hold more than 100 art collections which some were salvaged from the original 4th century basilica built by Constantine. The dominant tone is set by Bernini who created the Baldacchino twisting up below the massive Dome constructed by Michelangelo. Also the masterpiece of Michelangelo, the Pieta’ sculpture, can be seen inside St. Peter’s Basilica.
